How would a dye locker improve your storage? You DO know that dyes stack right? Unless you are (for some strange reason) pre-mixing all your dyes and then storing them. That would be odd.

Why wouldn't I want my existing characters to have access to Nightfall's new contents? Besides, character slots are cheap, while quality content isn't...

I'm too poor to not merge. I spent all my money on Factions skills..

anyway, merging gives your heroes all your unlocked skills...so you'd be insane not to merge.

I agree with LifeInfusion, with the heroes have access to all unlocked skills, you WOULD be crazy not to merge.

oh, also forgot that you will be able to bring your Hench back to Tyria and Cantha if you so choose. That is another huge benefit to merging for me.

IMO the inventory of a pve character is enough for her/himself. Anyway, I think the storage is VERY small, specially if you collect items or something; and also new chapters add MORE items

About merge Nightfall with my Prophecies/Factions: OBVIOUSLY!!! it's the 1st reason I'm buying the game.

by my games combine i got woop but heroes.

if you did have seprate accounts you'd still need someone you'd trust to pass gold or weapons to. imagine an ax your passing koss through your "buddy? disapearing.

Yes, I stack them, but that's 8 slots of my storage taken up with dyes. I love dyes, and hoard them for trying out new looks- Too cheap to buy them just to experiment so I keep all the ones I find! Right now I have about 145 dyes, so I'm ready for that new armor.

Merging, of course.

...My approach to storage has always been to keep everything I positively need on the character it belongs to; Bag #2 is permanently blacked out so I don't merch anything in it.

(and sometimes even Bag #1. Really, it's only in extended trips that you accumulate enough crap to overflow before you can get to a merchant... And even then it's not a problem if you salvage or just plain drop all your whites)

I also tend to flog off greens and golds quite quickly and for below market value. I'm what you might call profligate, rather than a hoarder.

Yup. Too many reasons to merge, not enough reasons not to merge.

Not merging, for PvP'ers, is REALLY REALLY STUPID.

Due to the mechanics of Heros being able to gain acess to your total unlocked skills, it would be advantagous if you were to link them to your current account.

Heros will also be able to travel to both Tyria and Cantha if you link all three accounts.

Both reasons makes linking possibly the best option there is.

I will be merging as well. It will give me 12 character slots, but thats no biggy, cause 3 will be open anyways. But since i don't have alot of items i don't really need about them. But taken the advantage of the hero's with a mergged account is way worth anything.

I'll be merging both of my accounts. Doesn't seem like a good idea to not merge, considering the time I've put into both of my accounts to get them where they are, only to have them flounder in Tyria/Cantha. Hell, I don't even visit Tyria anymore, although it will be fun to play some of the missions with heroes.

Separate accounts sucks, the only advantage being the ability to be a member of American and Europe for access to FoW/UW, IMO.
